Small Chess Set - Wawa June 2025¶

Project overview¶

This is my June 2025 version of the Wawa small chess set. I made some improvements based on feedback from the January version. It's still compact and portable, but I refined some of the details. This one took about 70 hours to complete.

Improvements from January version¶

I took what I learned from the January set and made some tweaks. The proportions are slightly better, and I improved some of the carving details. Still working in a small format, but getting better at it.

The June version is an improvement over the January one. I refined the proportions and details based on what I learned. It's still compact and portable, but just a bit better in execution. Good for travel or small spaces.
