Recent Projects¶
These are backgammon, carved entirely by hand. The design is exclusive. This is the only copy in the world. Backgammon is made of linden. They are 36x18x8 cm in size. Hand-painted with ecological paints and varnished for greater durability.

December 2024 - A handcrafted wooden icon featuring traditional religious artistry and intricate woodcarving techniques.
Techniques I Use¶
- Сombined geometric carving - a method using the transformation of some objects, a new approach to drawing, with intertwining layers and levels, different from the classical methods. The author of this new approach, Adolf Yuriev, is my mentor and teacher.
- Whittling: A traditional carving method using a knife.
- Relief сarving: Creating a three-dimensional effect on a flat surface.
- Chip сarving: A decorative technique that involves removing small chips of wood to create patterns.
